Subscription: We do not offer refunds or replacements for missed sessions. If BabyBallers cancel session(s) then an additional session will be given or refund.

The welcome fee is a one-off, non-refundable fee payable on all new bookings.

I understand that should I wish to cancel my subscription and direct debit, I must give a full calendar month (30 days) of notice in writing, sent to matt@babyballers.com
