Subscription: We do not offer refunds or replacements for missed sessions. If BabyBallers cancel session(s) then an additional session will be given or refund.

The welcome fee is a one-off, non-refundable fee payable on all new bookings. The Welcome Pack includes a full kit & reward chart for your little one, it does not include any sessions for the rest of the month - we will be in touch regarding payment for these.

I understand that should I wish to cancel my subscription and direct debit, I must give a full calendar month (30 days) of notice in writing, sent to matt@babyballers.com
